Safety and Accessibility

Our arena is a high-energy, interactive combat environment including:
Moving electric vehicles
Integrated laser targeting systems
Flashing lights
Strobe effects
Smoke effects
Loud sound effects
Simulated combat audio

If you or someone in your group is sensitive to sensory stimulation, suffer from epilepsy, heart conditions, back/neck injuries, are pregnant, or have any other medical condition that could be aggravated by physical exertion, please speak to a staff member before booking.
Participants are required to simultaneously control a vehicle and operate targeting equipment in a shared arena with other moving vehicles.

To take part, all participants must be able to:
Independently control steering and foot pedal operation.
– Operate the laser targeting system while driving.
– Maintain awareness of other vehicles and surroundings.
– React quickly to dynamic situations.
– Follow all staff instructions at all times.
This is an active, skill-based experience, not a passive ride.
We are committed to being an inclusive venue and welcome guests of all backgrounds. However, due to the physical and multi-task nature of the activity, participation may not be suitable for everyone.
This may include individuals who:
– Are unable to safely control the vehicle and targeting system independently
– Have conditions that may be affected by physical exertion, sudden movement, or sensory stimulation
These requirements apply to all participants equally and are necessary to ensure the safety of everyone in the arena.

If you are unsure whether the experience is suitable, we strongly encourage you to contact us in advance to discuss your individual requirements. Our activities require both physical coordination and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. The safety of all our customers is our
upmost priority. Everyone is required to read and sign our terms and conditions before they complete their booking.
While we strive to make our games accessible to as many people as possible, we also have a duty of care to our staff and customers. We encourage guests with accessibility requirements to contact us in advance so we can discuss suitability and make reasonable adjustments where possible.
Carers accompanying paying participants are welcome — please contact us for guidance.
Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

What to Wear

For safety reasons:
No open-toed footwear (no sandals, sliders, or flip-flops, high heels).

Secure footwear must be worn at all times. Avoid loose clothing. Long hair should be tied back.
Anyone not wearing suitable footwear may be unable to participate.

Age / Height Restrictions

Minimum age/height for arena activities:
8 years old, 130cm.
If operators are in doubt of age, the height measurement will be taken as the minimum requirement.
Children must meet height and safety requirements.
Under 18s must be supervised by an adult within the venue. Younger children (under 130cm) may wait in the viewing area (café) with an adult but are not permitted in the main arena.
Our dodgems are two-seater. Children under 140cm must ride with a parent/guardian. Children over 140cm may ride with a parent/guardian or alone. Children over 150cm must ride alone. Two adults are never permitted in the same car.

Shooting Range

Nerf-style equipment only.
Eye protection must be worn where instructed.
Staff supervision required at all times.

VR Flight Simulators

Not recommended for guests prone to motion sickness.
Glasses can be worn inside the headset.
Staff will assist with fitting and operation.

Food and Drink

We have a small café viewing room area serving
refreshments:
Hot drinks
Cold drinks
Light snacks
Toasties
Food and drink must not be taken into arena area.
We are a cashless venue — card payments only.

Venue Rules

Outside food and drink is not permitted (except for medical/dietary requirements).
Birthday cakes are permitted by prior arrangement.
Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed before participating in any activity.
Photography is welcome in public areas. Please do not film or photograph other guests without their permission.
No running throughout venue.
Respect staff and other guests.

Aggressive behaviour
Abusive language
Discrimination of any kind
Intimidation towards staff or guests
Anyone behaving inappropriately will be removed from the venue without refund.
